    @Jack – why?? I know stub area are not queried for routes so that will eliminate C….

    I agree with the answer given, B & D.

    After all, how stubby can an area be if it is connected to a separate autonomous system….Not So Stubby…..

    in stub area LSA type 1,2,3 are only allowed, all other lsa are blocked. NSSA however ALLOW LSA 1,2,3,7 and ASBR advertize type 7 lsa, so D is true. As for E: ABR does not adv. LSA type 7 so its it wrong.

    I’ve yet to come arocss a good use of this in production, as most networks have a solid authentication practice already (LDAP, ACS, etc).It can be an extra layer of security to the super paranoid though, and I actually have had this task on a very particular lab’ I once did in San Jose
